6. Payments and Refunds
Public Ticket Sales (Vendors see below)
At Grand Rising Wellness, we value the energy, time, and preparation that goes into every retreat and event. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both our guests and our team.
Payments
Registration & Payment: Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your space.
Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards on our website and Venmo.
Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our events require advance planning, supplies, and reservations, we kindly ask for understanding regarding cancellations.
Day Retreats
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: Full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before: Non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest (with notice to us).
Weekend Retreats
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat: Full refund, less a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before: Non-refundable.
Tickets are transferable to another guest with written notice.
Classes, Seminars, & Expos
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Tickets are transferable to another guest up to 48 hours before the event.
Event Cancellations by Grand Rising Wellness
If we must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered guests will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future event.
Vendor Payments & Refund Policy
At Grand Rising Wellness, we value the partnerships with our vendors who help bring our events to life. This policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness regarding vendor payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Payments
Vendor Registration & Payment: Booth/space fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Refunds & Cancellations
Because we reserve and plan event space and marketing in advance, vendor fees are subject to the following policy:
Day Retreats, Classes, Seminars & Expos
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: Full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before: Non-refundable.
Weekend Retreats (Multi-Day Events)
Cancellations made 30 days before: Full refund, less $125 administration fee.

Event Cancellations by Grand Rising Wellness
If Grand Rising Wellness cancels or reschedules an event, all vendors will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future event.
7. Limitation of Liability
Grand Rising Wellness and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of this website, its content, or services. You use this website and participate in services at your own risk.
